The painting of your roof is one of the most important parts of the roof restoration process. At Enhanced Paint and Roof Restoration, we specialise in painting tiled roofs. Your roof makes up a third of your home’s exterior, and we treat it with the care it deserves. Before painting, we thoroughly weatherproof and seal it, completing any roof repairs and restorations, which are necessary—then we apply our premium three-coat system to make it look like new. We tailor our products to suit your specific roof and budget, ensuring a flawless, long-lasting finish.

If your roof tiles are old and pitted, we start by applying a coat of Regent High Build Sealer. This specialised first coat fills and seals uneven surfaces, creating a smoother base for the two topcoats. By using this product, we prevent the final layers from soaking into the tiles, this ensures a consistent smooth finish and optimal long-term performance.

Painting a pre painted smooth concrete tile will require a primer instead of a sealer before applying the top coats to your roof tiles. Our primers are designed to deeply penetrate oxidized cement roof tile surfaces. This primer will ensure a strong adhesion for the top coats to bind to. Without the use of a primer the top coat paint will very likely peel or bubble due to poor adhesion to the old paint.

 Our final two coats are applied using Regent Tileguard Paint which is high gloss to ensure your roof shines like new. We provide colour charts with all our quotes. We have many choices of colours to suit anyone’s personal taste and their homes style.
