Recent Project – Roof Restoration in Aspendale

Preparing a Family Home for Sale with a Modern Ironstone Finish

We recently completed a full roof restoration in Aspendale for a family preparing their home for sale. With the property needing a clean, modern update to maximise street appeal and value, the roof transformation played a key role in completely modernising the home.

From start to finish, the focus was on durability, presentation, and a strong first impression for potential buyers.

What We Did – Full Roof Restoration

✔ High-Pressure Roof Cleaning
The roof was thoroughly pressure cleaned to remove built-up dirt, lichen, moss, and environmental grime, creating a clean surface ready for repairs and coating.

✔ Rusted Valley Replacement & Full Roof Pointing
A heavily rusted valley was removed and replaced to ensure proper water flow and long-term protection against leaks.
We also completed full roof pointing, securing all ridge caps with a flexible, weather-resistant compound for strength and longevity.

✔ Three Coat Roof painting System – Ironstone
To finish the restoration, we applied our premium three-coat roof painting system:

1 x sealer coat to lock in adhesion

2 x top coats of high-quality roof membrane

Colour: Ironstone for a sleek, modern look

This system delivers excellent UV protection, weather resistance, and a sharp finish that instantly updates the home’s appearance.

The Result – A Completely Modernised Home

The roof restoration transformed the property, helping it stand out in preparation for sale. The home now features:

-Improved drainage with a new valley

-Secure, durable ridge capping

-Long-lasting protection from the elements

-A modern Ironstone finish that boosts street appeal

-Added value and buyer appeal

-Servicing Aspendale & Surrounding Suburbs

We specialise in:
• Roof restoration
• Roof pointing & repairs
• Roof cleaning
• Valley replacement
• Tile repairs
• Full roof painting systems

Servicing Aspendale, Edithvale, Chelsea, Seaford, Carrum, Frankston and surrounding areas.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Caleb from Enhanced Paint and Roof Restoration recently repaired some leaks and damage on our roof, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. What stood out most was his professionalism and communication — he explained exactly what needed to be done, kept us updated throughout the job, and was upfront and honest about the work involved. No pressure, no hidden surprises, just clear and reliable communication the whole way through.

The repair work itself was done to a high standard, and it’s clear Caleb takes real pride in his craft. We were impressed enough that we’re already planning to have him back next year to paint the roof. Would happily recommend him to anyone needing roof repairs done properly.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Definately one of the best home improvement decisions I've made was for Caleb at Enhanced Paint and roof Restoration to carry out repair, cleaning and finally a beautiful paint restoration on my tired terracotta tiles.
His approach was friendly, very professional, a reasonable quotation and finally a result that I couldn't be happier with.
My neighbour witnessing Calebs professional restoration is now considering him for her home.
I have no hesitation in recommending Caleb to others.
