Frankston Metal Roof Restoration – Paperbark Contemporary Refresh

We recently completed a full metal roof restoration on a beautiful two-storey home in Frankston. The project included high-pressure cleaning, replacing all rusted screws, and a premium three-coat Colorbond Paperbark roof painting system, giving the home a refreshed, long-lasting finish that enhances its architectural charm.

The property’s brickwork featured lighter accent bricks around the windows, which perfectly complement the new Paperbark roof. The home’s elegant two-storey design and long front porch called for a roof colour that highlights its features while improving durability and street appeal.

What We Completed – Frankston Metal Roof Restoration

✔ High-Pressure Roof Cleaning
The roof was professionally pressure cleaned to remove dirt, oxidation, and environmental debris. Thorough preparation ensures maximum adhesion for the paint system and allows us to inspect for any repairs.

✔ Roof Repairs & Fixing Replacement
All rusted screws were replaced and the roof’s fixings, flashings, and seams were checked to ensure structural integrity. Minor repairs were completed before painting to guarantee long-term performance.

✔ Premium Three-Coat Colorbond Paperbark Roof Painting System
We applied a high-quality three-coat system:

This system provides superior UV resistance, corrosion protection, and a durable finish that complements the home’s architectural lines. The Paperbark colour enhances the lighter feature bricks and gives the property a cohesive, contemporary look.

The Result – A Refreshed, Contemporary Home

The completed roof restoration delivered:

Secure, long-lasting roof protection
A clean, modern Paperbark finish that complements the brickwork and architectural details
Enhanced resistance to coastal weather, UV, and oxidation
Increased street appeal and overall property aesthetics

The homeowners were delighted with the transformation. The new roof not only protects the home but also highlights its unique features, giving the property a refreshed, polished appearance.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Caleb from Enhanced Paint and Roof Restoration recently repaired some leaks and damage on our roof, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. What stood out most was his professionalism and communication — he explained exactly what needed to be done, kept us updated throughout the job, and was upfront and honest about the work involved. No pressure, no hidden surprises, just clear and reliable communication the whole way through.

The repair work itself was done to a high standard, and it’s clear Caleb takes real pride in his craft. We were impressed enough that we’re already planning to have him back next year to paint the roof. Would happily recommend him to anyone needing roof repairs done properly.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Definately one of the best home improvement decisions I've made was for Caleb at Enhanced Paint and roof Restoration to carry out repair, cleaning and finally a beautiful paint restoration on my tired terracotta tiles.
His approach was friendly, very professional, a reasonable quotation and finally a result that I couldn't be happier with.
My neighbour witnessing Calebs professional restoration is now considering him for her home.
I have no hesitation in recommending Caleb to others.
