Roof Restoration Cheltenham – Monument Roof Transformation

Recent Project – Roof Restoration Cheltenham

This Cheltenham home was in a leafy street where heavy moss, dirt, and debris had built up over many years, leaving the cement tile roof looking aged and worn. We carried out a full roof restoration, including a dramatic high-pressure clean and a premium 3-coat Regent painting system in Monument, bringing the roof back to life while providing long-term protection.

The property’s classic white weatherboard exterior now pairs perfectly with the deep Monument finish, giving the home a sharp, modern look that complements its surroundings.

The pressure clean on this job was very dramatic. Once the dirt, moss, and debris were removed, the roof instantly came back to life and the real transformation began.

The final result is a sharp Monument roof that pairs perfectly with the white weatherboard exterior, lifting the entire street appeal of the home.

Scope of Works – Roof Restoration Cheltenham

This Cheltenham roof restoration involved full preparation, cleaning, and a premium coating system designed for long-term protection in Melbourne’s coastal and leafy conditions.

✔ High-Pressure Roof Cleaning
We completed a full pressure clean to remove years of built-up dirt, moss, and organic growth.

The roof was heavily soiled at the start, and the clean revealed a completely different surface underneath, setting the base for a high-quality restoration.

✔ Valley Cleaning & Roof Preparation

Full removal of leaves, sticks, and debris from valleys
Inspection and maintenance of all roof sections
Ensuring the roof was fully prepared before coating

The valleys were in good condition and did not require replacement, allowing us to focus on restoration and protection rather than structural repair.

✔ Regent Roof Coating System – Monument Finish
We applied a premium 3-coat Roof Painting system for durability and finish quality:

1 x coat Regent high-build sealer
2 x top coats Regent Roof Paint in Monument

This system provides:

Strong adhesion and surface sealing
UV and weather resistance
Long-term durability
A modern, consistent Monument finish

The Result – Modern Roof Transformation in Cheltenham

This Cheltenham roof restoration delivered a complete transformation.

The original roof was dull, heavily stained, and covered in moss and debris. After cleaning and coating, it is now a clean, modern Monument roof that completely elevates the look of the white weatherboard home.

The contrast between the dark roof and light exterior works perfectly, especially in this leafy Cheltenham setting, giving the property a fresh, updated street presence.

The before and after difference on this job is extremely noticeable, especially from the initial pressure clean through to the final coated finish.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Caleb from Enhanced Paint and Roof Restoration recently repaired some leaks and damage on our roof, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. What stood out most was his professionalism and communication — he explained exactly what needed to be done, kept us updated throughout the job, and was upfront and honest about the work involved. No pressure, no hidden surprises, just clear and reliable communication the whole way through.

The repair work itself was done to a high standard, and it’s clear Caleb takes real pride in his craft. We were impressed enough that we’re already planning to have him back next year to paint the roof. Would happily recommend him to anyone needing roof repairs done properly.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Definately one of the best home improvement decisions I've made was for Caleb at Enhanced Paint and roof Restoration to carry out repair, cleaning and finally a beautiful paint restoration on my tired terracotta tiles.
His approach was friendly, very professional, a reasonable quotation and finally a result that I couldn't be happier with.
My neighbour witnessing Calebs professional restoration is now considering him for her home.
I have no hesitation in recommending Caleb to others.
