Recent Project – Cement Tile Roof Repaint for a Cranbourne Dental Practice

A Contemporary Upgrade to Improve Street Appeal

We recently completed a cement tile roof repaint for a dental practice located on a busy main road in Cranbourne. The building benefits from excellent exposure to passing traffic, however the original bright blue roof had become dated and visually overpowering — drawing attention for the wrong reasons.

The owner wanted to modernise the appearance of the practice with a sleek, contemporary finish that better reflected the quality of the business and created a more welcoming first impression for clients. While this was a business premises, our approach remained exactly the same as with our residential projects: thorough preparation, premium materials, and a high-quality finish.

Our Process – Professional Cement Tile Roof Restoration

Comprehensive Roof Pressure Cleaning
We commenced with a full pressure clean to remove dirt, lichen, and built-up contaminants, ensuring the tiles were properly prepared for coating. Correct preparation is essential for adhesion, longevity, and an even final finish — particularly on highly visible properties exposed to constant traffic and environmental fallout.

Premium Three-Coat Roof Painting System
Following preparation, we applied a professional roof paint three-coat system, finishing the roof in Monument by Regent Paints

— a popular modern colour known for its clean, architectural look.

Cement tile primer applied to seal the surface and promote strong adhesion

Two full top coats in Monument for durability, colour depth, and a consistent finish

The darker, neutral tone replaced the previous bold colour and immediately elevated the building’s appearance, giving it a modern, professional look that sits well on a main road and improves overall presentation for clients.

The Result

The completed repaint has transformed the roof and significantly improved the practice’s street presence. The updated finish enhances the building’s professional image while providing long-lasting protection against weathering and UV exposure.

Although we primarily work on residential homes, this project shows how the same attention to detail and quality workmanship can make a noticeable difference to client-facing properties.

The owner was extremely happy with the outcome and the refreshed appearance of the practice.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Caleb from Enhanced Paint and Roof Restoration recently repaired some leaks and damage on our roof, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. What stood out most was his professionalism and communication — he explained exactly what needed to be done, kept us updated throughout the job, and was upfront and honest about the work involved. No pressure, no hidden surprises, just clear and reliable communication the whole way through.

The repair work itself was done to a high standard, and it’s clear Caleb takes real pride in his craft. We were impressed enough that we’re already planning to have him back next year to paint the roof. Would happily recommend him to anyone needing roof repairs done properly.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Definately one of the best home improvement decisions I've made was for Caleb at Enhanced Paint and roof Restoration to carry out repair, cleaning and finally a beautiful paint restoration on my tired terracotta tiles.
His approach was friendly, very professional, a reasonable quotation and finally a result that I couldn't be happier with.
My neighbour witnessing Calebs professional restoration is now considering him for her home.
I have no hesitation in recommending Caleb to others.
