Recent Project – Roof Painting and Repairs in Ringwood

Weathered Roof Brought Back to Life with a Timeless Terracotta Finish

In Ringwood, a charming home with a weather-beaten cement tile roof was in need of serious attention. The roof, once rich in colour, had faded to a dull and patchy surface after years of exposure to the elements. The homeowners wanted to revive the traditional look of the property while ensuring their roof would be protected for years to come — and a full roof restoration with a fresh Terracotta finish was the perfect answer.

The project began with a deep pressure roof clean to remove dirt, moss, and debris, revealing the bare tiles beneath. This crucial first step not only prepped the surface for painting, but also made it easier to spot and address any hidden issues. We then carried out a complete rebedding and roof pointing of all ridge caps using a flexible compound, built to handle movement and resist cracking in Melbourne’s shifting climate.

With repairs done and the surface fully prepared, we applied our signature three-coat roof painting system using Regent Paints in Terracotta. The process included a high-bond sealer/primer followed by two coats of high-performance roof membrane, specially designed to withstand UV exposure and weather damage. The warm, earthy tones of Terracotta instantly restored the home’s classic character and improved its overall appearance.

Now, the once-dull roof stands out as a key feature of the home — clean, strong, and visually striking. It’s a restoration that not only enhances curb appeal but also adds long-term value and protection.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Caleb from Enhanced Paint and Roof Restoration recently repaired some leaks and damage on our roof, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. What stood out most was his professionalism and communication — he explained exactly what needed to be done, kept us updated throughout the job, and was upfront and honest about the work involved. No pressure, no hidden surprises, just clear and reliable communication the whole way through.

The repair work itself was done to a high standard, and it’s clear Caleb takes real pride in his craft. We were impressed enough that we’re already planning to have him back next year to paint the roof. Would happily recommend him to anyone needing roof repairs done properly.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Definately one of the best home improvement decisions I've made was for Caleb at Enhanced Paint and roof Restoration to carry out repair, cleaning and finally a beautiful paint restoration on my tired terracotta tiles.
His approach was friendly, very professional, a reasonable quotation and finally a result that I couldn't be happier with.
My neighbour witnessing Calebs professional restoration is now considering him for her home.
I have no hesitation in recommending Caleb to others.
