Recent Project – Roof Restoration in Frankston South

A Coastal Home Revitalised with a Fresh Woodland Grey Finish

We recently completed a stunning roof restoration in Frankston South, transforming an ageing tiled roof into a sleek, protective feature for this coastal home. Located in an area consistently exposed to harsh weather conditions, the roof had suffered from years of salt spray, strong winds, and UV damage, which had taken a toll on both its structure and appearance.

With the roof showing visible signs of ageing and wear, the homeowners were keen to improve both its appearance and durability. They reached out to us for a reliable, long-term solution that could withstand Frankston South’s tough coastal conditions. Our team delivered a tailored roof restoration that not only refreshed the look of the home but also reinforced its protection against the elements.

What We Did – Complete Roof Restoration Process

✔ High-Pressure Roof Cleaning

We removed years of lichen, moss, salt residue and dirt using high-pressure cleaning equipment.
A clean surface is essential for proper paint adhesion — especially for cement tile roofs in coastal suburbs like Frankston South.

✔ Roof Repairs & Repointing

We repaired damaged tiles and re-pointed all ridge caps using a flexible, weather-resistant pointing compound.
This step significantly improves water resistance and structural strength, protecting the home from future leaks.

✔ Three-Coat Roof Painting System – Woodland Grey

To complete the restoration, we applied our premium coastal-grade three-coat roof painting system, including:

penetrating primer/sealer

2 coats of UV-resistant roof membrane

colour: Woodland Grey, a popular choice for modern coastal homes

This system provides a long-lasting, durable finish designed to handle sun exposure, sea salt and strong winds.

⭐ The Result – A Stronger, Safer and Better-Looking Home

The transformation was stunning. The old, faded roof is now a bold Woodland Grey feature that improves street appeal while giving the homeowners peace of mind.

This restored roof is now:

-leak-resistant

-UV-protected

-sealed against salt-air corrosion

-low-maintenance

-visually modern

A professional roof restoration like this offers the perfect balance of function, durability and appearance — without the cost of a full roof replacement.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Caleb from Enhanced Paint and Roof Restoration recently repaired some leaks and damage on our roof, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. What stood out most was his professionalism and communication — he explained exactly what needed to be done, kept us updated throughout the job, and was upfront and honest about the work involved. No pressure, no hidden surprises, just clear and reliable communication the whole way through.

The repair work itself was done to a high standard, and it’s clear Caleb takes real pride in his craft. We were impressed enough that we’re already planning to have him back next year to paint the roof. Would happily recommend him to anyone needing roof repairs done properly.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Definately one of the best home improvement decisions I've made was for Caleb at Enhanced Paint and roof Restoration to carry out repair, cleaning and finally a beautiful paint restoration on my tired terracotta tiles.
His approach was friendly, very professional, a reasonable quotation and finally a result that I couldn't be happier with.
My neighbour witnessing Calebs professional restoration is now considering him for her home.
I have no hesitation in recommending Caleb to others.
