Aspendale Gardens Roof Restoration & Roof Painting – Monument Coastal Upgrade

We recently completed this roof restoration in Aspendale Gardens on a large two-storey family home with an ageing cement tile roof.

The roof had become faded and weathered and needed professional cleaning, preparation, repointing and repainting. After the roof was prepared, we applied a three-coat Regent roof coating system consisting of one coat of Regent Maxi Primer followed by two top coats of premium Regent Ultra in Monument.

The dark Monument finish completely refreshed the large roof area and gave the home a much sharper, more contemporary appearance.

High-Pressure Roof Cleaning in Aspendale Gardens

The restoration began with a thorough high-pressure roof clean to remove built-up dirt, moss, lichen and surface contamination from the cement tiles.

After the cement tiles had been cleaned, repaired and prepared, we applied a three-coat Regent roof painting system:

1 coat – Regent Maxi Primer
2 top coats – Regent Ultra
Colour – Monument

Regent Ultra is the premium Regent topcoat used on this Aspendale Gardens roof restoration.

The Maxi Primer was applied first to seal and prepare the cleaned cement tile surface, followed by two coats of Regent Ultra to provide the finished colour and protective roof coating.
