With the roof now sealed and stable, we moved on to the finishing touch — applying three coats of premium roof membrane in the colour Monument, giving the roof a clean, modern look while protecting it from further weather damage.

The result is a completely leak-free, fully restored roof that not only functions like new but significantly improves the home’s street appeal. The family was thrilled with the outcome and now has peace of mind knowing their roof is built to withstand the seasons for years to come.
